About the Role

As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for running the kitchen day-to-day - managing a small team and delivering fresh, high-quality meals at volume. You'll take control of ordering, rostering, food safety, stock, and everything in between, with the freedom to bring your own flair to the menu.

Your Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous ready to step up
• Able to lead and motivate a small, reliable kitchen team
• Excellent understanding of kitchen operations and cost control
• Calm, organised, and focused under pressure
• Committed to quality, consistency, and food safety standards
