We are looking for a talented and passionate head chef that is ready to take over the kitchen at this well known and busy destination.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Modern Australian Pub/Tavern style food
• Strong understanding of all sections of the kitchen
• Able to lead and inspire the team
• Experience in High volume and Fast Paced Environments
• Positive Attitude and Reliable Work Ethic
• Knowledge of managing orders and deliveries
• Training and helping to build a smooth and harmonious team environment
• Staff management
• Working to set budgets with wage, food costs and general expenses

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a true leadership role which would suit an experienced Head Chef or a Sous Chef ready to take the next step, one who is passionate about inspiring their teams through leading from the front and is capable of delivering a strong team culture that thrives under busy service periods.
