What our new Consultant looks like…

We are looking for a generalist HR Consultant with a current need for someone with some experience with Government/Public Sector organisations across a range of HR solutions, and with the opportunity to work with clients from all sectors. You will have a strong focus on stakeholder management and be able to work independently managing client work and projects, as well as part of a team, receiving support and supervision from our more senior consultants, but also providing support and direct supervision to HR officers, graduates, and interns as required.

Key Responsibilities

Workforce Planning & Job Design

Supporting clients in aligning structure, including reviewing roles, developing job descriptions, and advising on workforce design to meet service needs.

Recruitment & Selection

Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including client engagement, facilitating shortlisting and interviews, preparing selection reports, checking referees and overall providing advice to clients on all aspects.

Leading or contributing to defined projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance. You will work independently and collaboratively—supported by senior consultants and supporting junior team members (HR officers, graduates, and interns) as required.
