HR Contractors and Consultants

• Occasional consulting projects in Brisbane and Melbourne
• Interim/Contract HR Manager projects (3-6 months duration)
• Full Time/5 days per week opportunities: $100K to $125K per annum + Super and leave
• Part Time Opportunities: 20-30 hours per week on fixed days and hours about $50-$65+super per hour and leave
• Casual Employment basis: 15-30 hours per week on flexible days and hours as agreed week to week, $60-$80 + superannuation per hour

We only work in the not for profit sector so experience with the following is ideal:

• SCHADS Award and Classifications
• National Employment Standards
• Small Business unfair dismissal and severance pay exemptions
• Employment Contracts
• Fixed Term Contracts
• Conflict Resolution and Team Building

This sort of work would likely to appeal to experienced HR Professionals who do not currently work full time elsewhere and so have time to take up this contract and consulting project work.

The HR work involves working with not for profit organisations and small businesses undertaking a variety of fundamental HR tasks such as:

• recruitment
• policies
• employment contracts
• position descriptions
• wage determinations
• Award wage classifications
• Award advice
• conflict resolutions and team building
