Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:

• Interest in and/or passion for the RIE approach
• Inclusive of others and brings a positive attitude every day
• Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
• Open to our unique and innovative way of programming and practice
• Motivation to build and foster strong relationships and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community
• Dedicated, enthusiastic and reliable professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with our service.

Essential Criteria:

• Valid NSW Working With Children Check
• Understanding of contemporary child safe practices
• Available for full-time work, ideally all days/hours the service is operational, and able to be flexible as required
• An ACECQA approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or working towards, depending on course progress
• Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training completed within the last 12 months (or willing to obtain/refresh).
