We are currently seeking energetic, passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Certificate III Educators to join our diverse team at Maitland
The position will be offered on a full-time 5 days a week.

What does a Early Childhood Certificate III Educator look like at Bright Beginnings?
As an Early Childhood Certificate III Educator, you are expected to be an active member of our team in providing high quality early childhood education and care.
- Demonstrated understanding of the NQF, NQS and EYLF
- Develop meaningful relationships with children, families & community
- Sharing our commitment to continuous improvement across all area.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Being a team player, mentoring our junior educators in our centre.
- Demonstrated experience in assessing needs of children, monitoring their progress and ensuring school reading when applicable
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience within the Early Childhood Industry
What we need from you?
- A ACECQA approved certificate III in children Services
- Child protection qualification or willing to obtain update
- Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training or willing to obtain update
- Working with Children Check verification number or willing to obtain update
- Nationally recognised police check
