About The Opportunity

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Carry out assessments of the applications and assist with workshopping the transaction to various lenders
• Process home loans, commercial loans and SMSF
• Analyse financial documents and conduct comprehensive risk assessments
• Liaise with brokers, clients, and financial institutions to ensure smooth processing of applications
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending regulations and current market conditions
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and stakeholders

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years experience in a Mortgage, Lending or Credit role
• Experience in processing home loans, commercial loans, and SMSF transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A deep understanding of credit policy and lending criteria
