THE COMPANY
This business knows conveyors. For over two decades, they’ve been supplying high-quality conveyor systems and components to some of Australia’s biggest mining and industrial operators. Think belts, pulleys, idlers, scrapers — everything that keeps material moving efficiently and reliably.

As demand continues to grow across Queensland, they’re looking for an experienced Sales Representative who can take ownership of the region and help drive continued success.
THE ROLE
This isn’t a desk-bound role — it’s ideal for a self-starter who enjoys being out in the field, building genuine relationships with site managers, maintenance teams, and procurement leads.
You’ll be representing a strong product range, backed by local stock, responsive service, and a technical team that actually knows their stuff. Your customers will be based across Queensland — from the Bowen Basin to Mt Isa, and everywhere in between.
If you’ve sold into mining before, you know it’s all about trust, consistency, and delivering on your word. That’s exactly how this team operates.
What you'll be doing:
Managing and growing existing accounts across the QLD mining and industrial sector
Building relationships with maintenance teams, site supervisors, and contractors
Identifying new project and shutdown opportunities
Providing practical, solution-based advice — not just pushing products
Quoting, following up, and staying close to your customers’ needs
Collaborating with internal tech and ops teams to deliver on promises
ABOUT YOU
Sales experience in mining, industrial, mechanical or engineering-related products
A solid understanding of conveyor systems or bulk materials handling (or a willingness to learn fast)
Confidence to get on site, ask the right questions, and build rapport with technical clients
Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own time and territory
A trade, mechanical, or technical background is a bonus — but not essential
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Base $85,000 - $105,000 | Super 11.5% | Company Car or Car Allowance | Commission
