About the role

Professionals Paradise Realty are seeking a talented Sales Assistant (Prospector) to join their team in Casula, NSW. This full-time role will see you play a vital part in the success of the residential sales operation, utilising your exceptional customer service and prospecting skills to generate new business opportunities for the agency.

What you'll be doing

Engaging with potential vendors and purchasers to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads

Conducting market research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities

Arranging and conducting property viewings and open homes

Providing administrative support to the sales team as required

Maintaining detailed records and documentation

Contributing to the overall growth and success of the residential sales division

5 day weekly roster including Saturday

What we're looking for

Must have Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (legal industry requirement)

At least 1-2 years' experience in a real estate sales support or prospecting role is preferable

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Strong research and analytical capabilities to identify market trends and opportunities

Highly organised with a keen eye for detail

Passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
