Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Excellence: Source and manage the supply of fresh produce, spices, and other essential ingredients in alignment with our culinary standards.

Supplier Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring stock levels are optimized for operations while minimizing waste.

Logistics Coordination: Plan and manage the transportation, storage, and delivery of goods across multiple restaurant locations.

Cost Optimization: Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve cost-effective procurement without compromising quality.

Compliance: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with local regulations and health standards.

About You:

Previous experience in supply chain management or procurement (restaurant or food industry experience preferred).

Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Knowledge of food safety and compliance regulations is a plus.

A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
