• 5 month temporary assignment - 28th April 2025 - 26 September 2025

As a Claims Consultant, your main responsibility will be to manage property claims from start to finish. You will engage with customers through high-volume phone calls and help them navigate through their claims process. This role requires a high level of empathy and the ability to handle stressful situations, ensuring that customers receive support when they need it most.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage claims process end to end
• Respond to a high number of calls in a fast paced environment
• Provide a high level of customer service for claims involving major losses such as homes, fires, floods
• Provide clear communication to address and resolve complex claims issues
• Review and decide on claims, following company policy and procedure
• Resolve conflicts and objections with empathy

Skills and Experience

• Prior insurance or contact centre experience highly desirable
• Excellent work ethic and a team player
• You care deeply about providing excellent service and making a real difference in customer's experiences
• Excellent computer skills
• Thrive in a fast paced environment
• Positive and resilient, focused on delivering the best possible results
