Duties and responsibilities include:

• Assist in the management of end-to-end general insurance claims.
• Investigate cases, determine liability and damages, and establish accurate claims estimates.
• Assess the validity of claims, investigate the circumstances of the incident, and determine whether the claim should be approved or denied
• review and processes claims submitted by clients, ensuring all necessary information is provided
• Decide on appointing external parties and evaluate their performance and fees.

We are looking for someone with

• Experience managing claims end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of liability and causation principles for assessing claims
• High-level customer service with attention to detail.
• Effective team player and independent worker.
• Strategic thinker with critical decision-making skills.
