Ideal opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a background in overseeing high end office fit outs.

The start date for this contract is ASAP (16th April latest)

If you'd like to oversee an 8 week Night Shift fit out in a prestigious office tower in Sydney, CBD - this could be the job for you.

You'll oversee the nightshift subcontractors, logistics and labour to do a full fit out for an important customer. It will be your responsibility to ensure WH&S, site runs to program and client satisfaction.

When each shift finishes, the communal areas should be clear, safe and appropriately ready for the office building opening each day.

You will oversee subcontractors and quality produced by trades, ensuring interior fit out and finishings are in line with drawings and timeframes.
You'll be comfortable directing subcontractors and labour in order to deliver the project on time and within budget.

You'll be an excellent communicator, comfortable dealing with and updating prestigious clients who expect a high quality, professional service. The client is one of the key customers with future works pipelined for office fit outs in other CBD buildings thereafter so it's imperative that things run smoothly.

You must have:
- Certificate IV in Building/Construction
- First Aid / CPR

Other tickets such as Asbestos Awareness, Fire Warden and more are of interest for other pipelined works thereafter but not essential for this contract.

We have a number of contracts available with various planned start dates. We can payroll you via TFN or ABN (Pty Ltd only). You will be paid per hour and it will be paid to you weekly.
