Must haves:
A minimum of 2 years’ administration experience.
Sound oral and written communication and customer service skills.
High level of prioritisation and time management skills, coupled with a high degree of self-motivation and autonomy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an aptitude for learning new systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Full Australian Work Rights (passport, visa, birth certificate)
Current acceptable NDIS Worker Screener Check
Knowledge of document control and property maintenance and/or a working knowledge of Salesforce and or ShiftCare best practices, data management, and security are definitely an advantage.
Role Overview
The role supports in the Intake process, ensuring a seamless transition to The Dementia Foundation and 2Flourish for clients and their support networks and with the Client Services Partner is responsible for the daily administration and support of Salesforce and ShiftCare, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the 2Flourish environment .
Additionally, this position has overall responsibility for document control management within The Dementia Foundation and 2Flourish ensuring a consistent approach is used in the creation and management of all documents as well as assisting other areas of the business with administration functions.
