Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Financial Planning: Develop and implement tailored financial strategies that align with clients’ long-term wealth goals.
• Investment & Portfolio Management: Construct and manage diversified investment portfolios, optimising asset allocation across equities, fixed income, alternative assets, and structured investments.
• Retirement & Estate Planning: Advise clients on SMSFs, superannuation strategies, and estate planning to ensure wealth is preserved across generations.
• Risk Management & Tax Strategies: Provide guidance on tax-effective investment structures, risk mitigation, and wealth protection strategies.
• Client Engagement & Advisory Services: Conduct in-depth financial reviews, client meetings, and strategic investment consultations, ensuring personalised and data-driven financial advice.
• Presentations & Educational Seminars: Lead client workshops, market briefings, and financial planning webinars to instil confidence in KOSEC’s expertise and services.
• Regulatory Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and ethical wealth management standards.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP), RG146 qualification, or relevant financial planning accreditation.
• Proven experience in financial planning, investment advisory, or wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of investment markets, asset allocation, superannuation, estate planning, and alternative asset classes.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills, with experience advising ultra-high net worth individuals and sophisticated investors.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to develop comprehensive financial plans and investment strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client meetings, investor briefings, and educational seminars.
