About the role
Himac Attachments, a leading manufacturer of high-quality attachments for construction and agricultural equipment, seeks a skilled and professional Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our Canning Vale, Western Australia team. This part-time role offers flexibility and work-life balance.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answering and screening incoming phone calls and providing excellent customer service
Handling general office administration tasks, including data entry, and document management
Providing administrative support to the sales and administration team as required, including processing sales orders
Assisting with basic bookkeeping and financial tasks, uploading documents to our record management system
Investigating freight delays and updating the customers
Maintaining a clean and organised reception and office environment
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role, ideally in a small to medium-sized business
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, confident and professional demeanour
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
Willingness to learn and adapt to the changing needs of the business
Availability to work Tuesday and Friday - minimum of 6 hours per day
