The role also supports internal stakeholders across the Hunter Central Coast Branch by handling general enquiries, preparing various reports for senior staff and managers, assisting with the organisation of training, meetings, and travel, managing shared mailboxes, calendars, and resources, and providing support during incidents such as bushfires.

The role also contributes to meeting the Agency’s corporate objectives by ensuring compliance with organisational policies, processes, procedures, audit, and statutory requirements. This includes tasks such as using Content Manager (CM) for records management, maintaining minor asset registers, assisting with Work Health and Safety and leave audits, taking meeting minutes, collating documents for insurance claims, and demonstrating inclusivity and respect in all interactions.
