Human Resources Administrative Assistant Position
Position Overview

Broken Nose Vanilla, a Vanilla grower and Wellness Content Producer, seeks a detail-oriented individual to fill the Human Resources Administrative Assistant Position.

This position serves as an integral component of our human capital management framework and provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities

Facilitate bidirectional communication through management of telecommunications and electronic correspondence, with appropriate routing to relevant organisational divisions.

Provide preliminary clarification regarding established human resource protocols and procedural frameworks to current personnel.

Support talent acquisition initiatives through management of position announcements, preliminary candidate assessment, and coordination of evaluation meetings.

Execute standardised onboarding and separation protocols, including documentation preparation, orientation facilitation, and systems integration.

Contribute to the implementation of human resource governance structures, engagement initiatives, and professional development coordination.

Assist with compensation distribution mechanisms and attendance monitoring systems.

Perform essential clerical functions including data management, records organisation, and documentation preparation across departmental units.

Maintain appropriate inventory of office resources and ensure reception environments meet professional presentation standards.

Coordinate logistical aspects of organisational gatherings, documentation of proceedings, corporate functions, and travel itineraries as organisational needs dictate.

Process required documentation within established timeframes in accordance with institutional protocols while ensuring adherence to compliance obligations.

Provide supplementary administrative assistance to leadership for non-standard initiatives and strategic projects.

Qualification Parameters

Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal communication methodologies

Functional competency in contemporary information technology applications

Effective temporal resource allocation capabilities with attention to microdetails

Advanced organisational methodologies implementation

Capacity for confidential information management with professional discretion

Aptitude for productivity in dynamic environments requiring parallel task execution and priority recalibration

Demonstrated commitment to continuous knowledge acquisition and procedural adaptation

Professional demeanour characterised by approachability

Possession of baccalaureate credentials in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related academic disciplines is highly desired but not a prerequisite.
