As Iteration Manager, you’ll work closely with cross-functional delivery teams to ensure smooth Agile delivery, continuous improvement, and alignment with broader project goals. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders including developers, solution architects, product owners, and project managers.

This squad is responsible for delivering a robust, reusable, and scalable API platform that powers customer-facing channels including the website and mobile app.

About the role:

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Support the team by identifying and removing delivery impediments
• Foster Agile best practices, team maturity, and continuous improvement
• Maintain team metrics and reporting to help guide performance and optimisation
• Manage dependencies, risks, and issues across workstreams
• Serve as a communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders

About you:

• Minimum 5 years experience as an Iteration Manager, Agile Delivery Lead or Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Strong background in delivering complex technical projects involving APIs and microservices
• Deep understanding of Agile delivery frameworks including Scrum and Kanban
• Confident working across greenfield and brownfield projects
• Highly proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile collaboration tools
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach high-performing team
