A leading provider of innovative insurance tech solutions, are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager and Release Train Engineer.

Roles:

Engineering Manager to oversee two development teams/Agile delivery teams with the assistance of two Tech Leads and will have experience delivering market-facing web and mobile apps.

Release Manager responsible for day-to-day release progression, environment set-up, dependencies, scalability and deployments.

What we're looking for

• Experience in similar roles as Engineering Manager or Release Manager
• Led teams who have been responsible for customer-facing applications
• Experienced in implementing and optimising agile processes
• Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
