As we expand, we're looking for a Senior Estimator to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our projects.

The Role

As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately forecasting project costs, preparing job cost estimates, and ensuring the financial viability of our developments. You will work closely with our construction and management teams to secure competitive pricing and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing for multi-unit residential projects

Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors, and issue POs

Review and analyse construction plans, contracts, and project specifications

Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value-engineering solutions

Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure budget alignment

Maintain and update an accurate pricing database

Ensure all tenders and quotes are submitted on time and in line with company expectations

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
✅ 5+ years of experience in residential/townhouse estimating
✅ Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and costs
✅ Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Databuild, SoloAssist, or similar)
✅ Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
✅ Strong negotiation and communication abilities
✅ Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
