About the Role

Our client is seeking a Quality Supervisor to join their team on a fixed-term assignment. They are a disability service provider that provides help, mentorship & coaching to over 5,000 people with a disability throughout the east coast of Australia.

As a Quality Supervisor, you will monitor and review packaging operations to ensure the consistent production of safe, high-quality products.

Complete checklists and coordinate quality inspections with team leaders.

Participate in development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Facilitate in-house and external laboratory testing processes.

Assist in and conduct internal audits.

Participate in risk management reviews and recommend improvements to policies, procedures and documentation.

About You

To be successful in this role, candidates must:

Demonstrate experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.

Possess an NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Provide a confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccination (Dose 1 & 2 + first booster).

Be fit and able to pass a functional assessment.

Be able to satisfy a drug & alcohol screen.

Desirable skills and experience:

A relevant tertiary qualification in science or quality

Knowledge or experience of TGA and medical device regulations

Internal auditing experience

Demonstrated commitment to working with people with disabilities.
