Our client is a multi-national leader in the metal manufacturing industry, operating a 24/7 plant in the Taree region. They are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented full-time Quality Assurance Team Member to join their team within the aerosol can manufacturing sector.

About you:

• A strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Excellent observation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards would be advantageous.
• Full Australian working rights.

About the role:

As a Quality Assurance Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality of our client's manufactured products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular inspections and quality checks on products throughout the manufacturing process.
• Identifying and documenting any defects or deviations from quality standards.
• Collecting and analyzing data related to product quality.
• Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures.
• Communicating quality issues to relevant team members and supervisors.
• Ensuring compliance with all Work, Health & Safety regulations.
• Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in product quality.
