What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting quality checks before and after concrete pours
• Labeling products accurately (e.g., type and size)
• Performing basic quality compliance tests (spread tests, compression cylinder testing)
• Following structured quality processes
• Working with supervisors and operators to improve quality
• Tracking and reporting on product repairs

What We’re Looking For

• No experience needed—just a willingness to learn!
• Basic Excel/Google Spreadsheets skills (or ability to learn)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable and eager to build a long-term career
