These positions are essential for supporting our patients and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

About the Role:
This dual role involves a blend of clinical responsibilities, administrative tasks, and direct patient care. Candidates should be prepared for an initial phase that may involve limited handover support due to upcoming staffing changes. While we will provide resources and basic guidance, adaptability and self-sufficiency will be essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain appointment scheduling, ensuring the appointment book accurately reflects daily schedules.
• Set up and clean treatment rooms to ensure hygiene and preparedness.
• Perform patient triage and complete basic clinical procedures (e.g., ECGs, vaccinations).
• Assist in procedural setups and participate in advanced procedures under supervision.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to deliver optimal patient care.
• Handle payment processing and respond to basic patient inquiries.
• Engage in research studies and contribute to care plan development for patients with chronic diseases.

Qualifications:

• Valid nursing registration for Registered Nurses or an Enrolled Nurse qualification or equivalent for Enrolled Nurses.
• Relevant certifications are desirable.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, especially during the initial adjustment phase.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving tasks and responsibilities.
