What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with product selection and purchases

Maintaining the retail showroom and outdoor display areas to the highest standards of presentation

Restocking and replenishing products as needed

Operating the point-of-sale system and handling cash and card transactions

Supporting the team with other general retail and administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the landscaping or hardware industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful demeanour

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation

Good numeracy skills and the ability to operate point-of-sale systems

A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
