We are currently seeking experienced Underground Service Crew Members to join our team at a prominent underground mine in the Goldfields region of Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and supporting underground operations in a safe and well-established mining environment.

About the Role

• Position: Underground Service Crew Member
• Location: Goldfields Region, WA
• Roster Options: 2:1 or 8:6 / 7:7 (FIFO from Perth)
• Shifts: 12-hour shifts (Days & Nights)
• Employment Type: Full-time (initially through a contracting agency with potential transition to direct employment after 6-12 months)
• $600 - $660 per day + super

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair underground services including air, water, ventilation, and pumping systems.
• Assist with installation of services for new development headings.
• Safely handle and install mesh, bolts, and other ground support materials.
• Operate equipment such as IT loaders, telehandlers, and integrated tool carriers (ITs).
• Support other departments including jumbo and production crews where required.
• Ensure adherence to all safety procedures, policies, and standards.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in underground service crew.
• Sound knowledge of underground services installation and maintenance.
• Basic equipment operation skills (IT loader ticket highly regarded).
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and a proactive work ethic.
• Ability to work in physically demanding and confined environments.
• Current Australian Manual Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening, and police clearance.
