The role

My client is an established Insurance Builder with have a strong presence nationally. They have a solid pipeline of work and offer opportunities for career progression. They are looking for an Estimator/Supervisor to join their team in Perth where you will handle insurance work rectifying damage to houses.

- Work in various Perth locations
- Estimate repairs, and produce accurate scopes of work
- Arrange trades and manage subcontractors accordingly
- Site Supervise works to completion
- Complete then submit reports
- Liase with Customer, Trades and Clients
- Excellent communication skills

About you

- Previous experience estimating/supervising
- Trade qualified - carpentry, plastering, roofing, plumbing preferred
- A people person! You're going to be in many homes and we want you and them to be comfortable.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excitement to work in a dynamic fast-paced industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Superior customer/client service skills
- Strong IT skills
- Cert IV trade
