Responsibilities will include:

· Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

· Organize and coordinate trade activities, workforce allocation, and material deliveries to support efficient project execution in accordance with specifications, regulations, and standards.

· Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues, ensuring project momentum.

· Lead and supervise on-site teams to promote collaboration and a results-driven work environment.

· Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to maintain efficient project schedules and optimal resource management.

· Coordinate project timelines to ensure timely completion of each construction phase.

· Enforce strict quality control measures to ensure all construction work meets industry standards and client expectations.

· Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and secure worksite.

· Monitor project budgets and implement cost-effective strategies without compromising quality or regulatory compliance.

· Resolve site-related issues and conflicts promptly to prevent delays and maintain workflow continuity.

· Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders throughout the construction process.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

· A Diploma in Building and Construction or a related field is preferred but not essential.

· Relevant certifications (e.g., White Card, supervisory qualifications) are highly regarded.

· Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in construction supervision or a similar role.

· Solid understanding of Australian building codes, standards, and safety regulations.

· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address on-site issues efficiently.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and perform well under pressure.
