About the Company & Role:
Our client is a well-established and very successful civil engineering construction company with an excellent reputation with land developers across the state.
The role will see you responsible for overseeing, planning, scheduling, and offering support to your team on site, and ensuring the entire scope of works are carried out professionally and safely. The role is very well supported by the Superintendent and a Contract Administrator allowing the Supervisor to be focused on the core function of their role.

Experience Required:

• 2+ years of experience working as a Supervisor on land development and earthworks projects
• Good understanding of land subdivision process, including planning, scheduling and delivery of projects.
• Competent and confident in reading detailed drawings/plans
• Effective and articulate communication skills
• Must hold a current manual driver license.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical.
