Experienced senior chef required to help run busy bistro and function venue in Malvern East

The ideal candidate will be experienced in high volume service, be a good communicator and work well in a team.

Pub style cooking and function experience is a plus. Good quality food done well is our motto.

The role is well supported by a group executIve chef if required who can assist with introduction to the venue but the position allows for autonomy and creativity should you wish to run your own show.
