Territory Manager– Drive Success With A Distributon Business That Live & Breath Health + Wellness
Are you a Territory Manager extraordinaire that is passionate about all things health and wellness? Our client is a Melbourne based business that are growing across Australia, seeking a Territory Manager to join their team. Dedicated to promoting vibrant living through exceptional food and personal care, all products are consciously chosen in alignment with our clients ethos of promoting wellness and minimising environmental impact.
Your Role
As a Territory Manager, you will increasing sales, fostering and managing the existing accouns, and optimizing opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- You’ll be responsible for setting meeting agendas, creating strategic plans, and conducting regular weekly check-ins to adapt to evolving client needs.
- Build new accounts while also nurturing existing relationships.
- A strong focus will be placed on growing accounts through quality relationship management, identifying opportunities for upselling, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Attention to detail is key, as you'll be expected to stay on top of administrative tasks, reporting, and maintaining accurate data and communication records.
- Elevate brand awareness and expand the businesses reach.
- Willingness to travel regionally, and be on the road most days.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
• You’re a vibrant, self-motivated go-getter who thrives on building genuine relationships and bringing positive energy wherever you go. Communication is your superpower you know how to connect with people, build trust, and keep them engaged. You’re confident, organised, and always one step ahead, whether you're coordinating store visits, updating your CRM, or spotting new opportunities to grow a brand.
• Ideally, you bring a background in the food or health industry, but more importantly, you have a true passion for health and wellness and a desire to represent brands that make a real difference in people’s lives.
• You’re known for your attention to detail, ability to upsell without the hard sell, and for growing accounts by simply being yourself enthusiastic, thoughtful, and driven.
• Sound planning, organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines.
• Strong acoount management skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
