About the Role:
As the Insurance Customer Service Consultant, your day to day would include but not be limited too;
- Identifying customer needs to align them with the suitable insurance packages
- Account management
- Contacting warm customer leads, supporting the customers with their insurance options and building rapport
- Ensure the database and your processes are documented efficiently, and all administration is completed
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with a variety of stakeholders
- Seeing objections as questions and wanting to support with the solution
- Experience working within fast paced and at times demanding environments
- Experience working in Customer Service, Administration or Call Center environments
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
- Enjoys being outcome focused
This role is offering a $75k package inclusive of super with an opportunity to earn bonuses.
