We are looking for a Salon Manager for our Surry Hills salon.

We are located close to Sydney CBD, next to multiple channels of transport.

Would suit someone from hospitality, Hair, retail or fitness background.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & salon management

Stock inventory

Supervise, motivate and encourage 12 - 18 salon team members, daily ranging from Salon Seniors to apprentices.

Manage daily operations.

Liaising with all brand and account managers. Ensuring that a strong and positive relationship is maintained.

Responsible for building brand loyalty and creating incentives for targets reached by your team.

What We Need:

2 years minimum experience required as Salon Manager or similar role in the beauty or relevant industry.

Strong communication skills that set a standard for your team and the interaction between clientele.

Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
