Salary Package: OTE= $123,000- $134,000 ($80-$90k base salary + $10-$20k bonus + Super + $12k car allowance)

The Role
As our new Account Manager, you’ll be the face of Vanilla Blue to your clients—managing relationships, solving problems, and ensuring flawless execution from kitchen to delivery. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio spanning corporate clients (and potentially events or education accounts too), working closely with our chefs, operations, and logistics teams to deliver consistently excellent service.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate catering accounts
Build genuine, long-term client relationships
Deliver creative, tailored catering and event solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service
Track account performance, upsell when appropriate, and drive retention
Stay ahead of food trends and client needs
Be a proactive, reliable point of contact clients can count on
