The Opportunity:
You’ll be working alongside a dedicated team of 2 experienced veterinarians and 2 skilled veterinary nurses in a modern, purpose-built facility. The clinic is clean, well-equipped, and offers a calm, professional environment ideal for both staff and patients.

As Practice Manager, you will play a key leadership role – overseeing the day-to-day running of the clinic, supporting and managing the team, and ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality care and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day operations including rostering, inventory, and scheduling

Staff support, leadership, and performance management

Client experience and front-of-house coordination

Financial management including budgeting, invoicing, and payroll

Supporting clinical workflow alongside the veterinary team

About You:

Previous experience in a veterinary leadership or management role

Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills

A genuine passion for team wellbeing and high standards of patient care

Proficiency with veterinary practice software highly regarded
