About the role

ISmile Studio is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our 5 chair exclusive dental practice in Balwyn, Victoria. As a full-time Practice Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations , strategic direction and development of our wholistic dental studios. What you'll be doing

Oversee the efficient and effective running of the dental practice, ensuring optimal patient experience and practice profitability

Manage and coordinate the administrative team, including rostering, staff training, and performance management

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain high standards of clinical and customer service

Liaise with dentists, dental specialists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and referrals

Manage the practice's financial operations, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting

Oversee the maintenance and development of the practice's facilities, equipment, and technology

Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and implement strategic initiatives for growth and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

Significant experience (5+ years) as a Practice Manager or in a similar healthcare leadership role

Strong understanding of dental practice management, including financial, operational, and human resource management

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on building a positive and collaborative work environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving and implementation skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

Proficient in using medical practice management software and other relevant technology

Relevant tertiary qualifications in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field
