Key Responsibilities
As the Administrative Assistant, you will need to display strong customer service etiquette, whilst managing clinicians schedules, optimise bookings, and ensure efficient service delivery.
The role includes various administration tasks as well as key duties,
Scheduling and managing client appointments.
Maintaining accurate patient records and updating client information.
Answering phones and emails for client enquiries.
Providing general administrative support to the clinical team.
Assisting with NDIS compliance procedures, including completion of service agreements and quotes.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Proactive and flexible attitude, with a strong customer service focus.
Proficient in basic computer applications for document creation, scheduling, and record-keeping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with a friendly phone manner and strong phone communication required on a daily basis.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively.
Willingness to be flexible and innovative with great problem solving skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams), Splose or similar scheduling software (preferred but not essential).
