About the role

immediate roles available for the right applicant experienced in the delivery of architectural residential building and construction projects

you will require solid understanding of architectural details and finishes, fundamental building principles, site set out and subcontractor management

Duties will include;

Interpret architectural, structural plans, details and general understanding of project documentation

site setout as required

have a good eye for detail and finishes

subcontractor management and conflict resolution

ensure site safety/OHS requirements maintained at all times

maintain project program and plan ahead

assist site or project manager with daily running of site duties

report to project manager

skills/experience

min 5 yrs onsite experience in trade role or similar role

min 2yrs in similar management or second in charge role

exposure to multi residential (class 2) construction and/or high end new single residential builds from ground up - Australian projects only

Relevant local experience

builders, supervisors, foreman or carpentry background

preferably carpentry background with exposure to site setout/supervisor experience

resident of Australia with full working rights for full time permanent position
