Workforce International Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Formwork Carpenter to join our team in Redhead in an ongoing casual role. Our client is the market leader in bespoke precast concrete elements. What we offer

$43.07 - $46.37/hour + applicable penalties

Ongoing Casual position

5 days per week (Monday-Friday) with 6:30am start times

What you'll be doing

Assembling, erecting, and dismantling concrete forms

Ensuring forms are properly braced, aligned, and secured

General assistance throughout project as required

Dismantling and removing formwork safely

Maintaining tools and equipment to a high standard

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met

What we're looking for

Relevant trade qualification in carpentry highly desirable

Demonstrated experience in formwork carpentry

MUST have an OH&S Construction Induction card (White Card)

MUST have the ability to pass a functional assessment including drug and alcohol screening

Strong practical skills and the ability to work with a range of hand and power tools

A keen focus on safety and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team
