About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Order Fulfillment Officer to join our Secure Software Loading team. This role involves commissioning EFTPOS terminals by loading software, packing, and shipping equipment, all from our Hawthorn office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load software for customer orders and repairs, ensuring timely dispatch as directed by the Dispatch Coordinator.
• Assist with setting up customer and bank-specific software profiles.
• Pack shipments following detailed packing instructions.
• Support the team with outgoing goods and equipment.
• Participate in stock cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
