Job Title: Machine Operator – Bystronic ByStar Fiber 20KW Laser & Press

We're a growing new company looking for a reliable and switched-on person to join our team. You'll be operating a Bystronic ByStar Fiber 20KW laser machine and a Bystronic Press, experience with these (or similar) machines is a big plus. But if you’re a quick learner with solid common sense, we’re open to training the right person.

This isn’t a corporate gig – we’re still working things out as we go, so we need someone who’s flexible, takes initiative, and is keen to grow with us.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operate and maintain the Bystronic ByStar Fiber 20KW laser machine

Operate the Bystronic Press

Packaging Jobs

Keep the workspace tidy and safe

Help out where needed – we all pitch in when it's busy

What We’re Looking For:

Some experience in a similar role OR the smarts and attitude to learn quickly

Ability to work independently and solve problems on the fly

Good work ethic and time management

Someone easy to get along with – we’re building a solid team here

Hours & Pay:

$35–$40 per hour, depending on experience

12-hour days when there's plenty of work

Shorter days when it's quiet – no pressure to hang around for no reason

You’ll be on a time card – get paid for the hours you work
