We provide free digital mental health support services and run a variety of mental health awareness, stigma reduction, research, and advocacy programs. About the role
You would be responsible for overseeing practice across our services, and ensuring adherence to our Model and Care, Clinical Governance Framework and policies and procedures by conducting regular practice reviews, developing and providing training and supervision. You will also ensure provision of safe and quality services by managing incident escalations and leading debriefings when required.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
• Provide guidance and support for incident escalations across our Services and Programs and provide debriefing when required.
• Monitor incident management systems to identify practice gaps and provide coaching and training on our Model of Care and our policies and procedures to lead practice improvements.
• Facilitate individual and group-based supervision
• Review and provide guidance on development of content and resources accessed by and promoted by our Services.
• Collaborate with P&C and Clinical Governance to establish Learning and Development priorities and support the delivery of a calendar of training events and monitor compliance
• Engage with external providers to procure/deliver appropriate training
• Promote and participate in evaluation, audit and continuous improvement processes.
• Exemplify and champion principles of Person-Centered Care, clinical governance and risk management.
About You
• Registration with associated Board or Professional body as a Social Worker, Psychologist, Registered Nurse.
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. Social Work, Psychology, etc)
• Minimum 5 years post qualification experience
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Highly developed computer skills and digital service provision skills
• Demonstrated commitment to cultural diversity and a working knowledge of equity and WHS principles in the workplace
