About the role

Join a team that’s making a real difference. Earthcare Recycling is looking for skilled Skid Steer/Bobcat & Truck Operators to help drive sustainable change in Perth’s residential construction and recycling industry.

What you'll be doing

Operate skid steer loaders (Bobcat) and a truck to efficiently load, unload, and set up handstands and paving levels.

Navigate tight spaces with precision to clean, sort, and organise the building site

Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly

Follow all safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free worksite

Work closely with your team to hit daily targets and contribute to project success

What we're looking for

Proven experience operating skid steer loaders/Bobcats (preferably in construction)

Strong safety awareness and practical knowledge of equipment handling

Valid HR or HC driver’s licence

Good communication skills and a team mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
