Skills & Experience

• Excavator, Front-End Loader & Forklift Tickets (Essential)
• Experience in the waste industry (Desirable)
• Good work ethic

• Mechanical aptitude
• Wiliness to assist co-workers as required

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operating earthmoving equipment i.e. Excavators, Front-End Loaders, Forklift
• Maintain a professional image and always deliver high quality customer service
• Inform and assist drivers and/or members of the public of proper placement for dumping loads to ensure the most effective spreading of waste or other materials
• Excavate, load dry waste (metal, wood, general rubbish and other materials to compact and/or cover waste in accordance with company/contractual requirements and applicable regulations
• Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with training, instructions or operating procedures and company regulations
• General housekeeping duties
