Full-time position available for the right candidate to work in our sites across South East Melbourne (Hiring for Endeavour Hills and Wantirna sites). Staff training will be located at our Bulleen centre and brand new Wantirna centre.

Working with a friendly team, this role requires a high attention to detail, strong customer service skills and empathy whilst working in healthcare.

Healthcare experience not essential, and full training to be provided.

Opportunity to work as a Bone Densitometry (DEXA machine) operator at our brand new Wantirna centre and Endeavour Hills locations. This role is an exciting combination of both Medical Receptionist work and DEXA machine operator.

Duties in Medical Receptionist Role:

Create and maintain patient records;

Book patient appointments;

Office management;

Meet and greet patients on arrival;

Process EFTPOS payments and patient claims to Medicare;

Administrative support to practice operations (e.g. filing faxes, sending correspondence etc...)

Duties in Bone Densitometry Machine Operator Role:

Greet the patient, explain the process of the scan and input data into the DEXA machine;

scan the patient;

rebook patient for a review appointment

About You:

Receptionist experience preferred (but not essential)

Reliability, honesty and punctuality.

Ability to multitask.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Outstanding time management.

Ability to Manage Conflicting Priorities.

Experience with Genie Software (preferred but not essential).

Typing speed 40wpm.
