This Australian founded business has developed a strong niche and is solving a critical problem within the massive e-commerce market. They have been on a rapid growth trajectory, have built a blue-chip client base and are now on the next phase of expansion.

Reporting to the CEO, this role has two core elements: operational ensuring continued strong control across cashflow, forecasting, bank and board reporting and secondly, commercial partnering with the operations in the growth of revenue streams with a focus on contracts, pricing and KPI management. You can make a big impact commercially in this role engaging with customers, structuring pricing and executing strategy alongside the CEO and COO.

You are an experienced finance professional with the requisite qualifications (CA/CPA) and technical proficiency, but it is your commercial and strategic skills that will win you this role. You should have experience within part of the e-commerce supply chain. You have worked in high growth technology or SaaS businesses and understand the relevant drivers and metrics. You will be ‘hands-on’ and able to understand the detail, but it is your ability to add commercial value which will drive success in this role. You must have partnered with sales, operations to optimize KPIs and deliver top and bottom-line growth.
