We are looking for a dentist for 4 days a week for our busy Waterloo clinic in Inner Sydney. You will be taking over from a dentist with full books who is moving away from Sydney. We pride ourselves in providing a supportive environment that at best, minimises stress and at worst, shares it around as team!

Opportunity

• Full-time role in a busy clinic with the ability to provide at least 2 new patients a day for you to hit the ground running and remain busy, Mondays off, Tuesdays to Fridays and 2 Saturdays per month.

• Structured Mentorship program: a helping hand and collaboration available with experienced dentists performing advanced restorative, cosmetic, orthodontics, oral surgery and implant dentistry. Monthly meetings with principal for the first 6 months, as needed thereafter, case reviews, communication training and role-play. Senior dentists available daily to discuss cases in person or over the phone, loads of opportunities to observe complex cases and an environment that encourages you to learn new skills and put them into practice with support if anything doesn't go exactly to plan!

• Working with wonderful Oral health therapists so you don't have to do hygiene apts or perio apts.

• Opportunity to work with modern technology; Itero scanner, Implant/surgical motor and rotary endodontics, SLR camera, Intraoral cameras on all dental chairs.

• Access to IV sedation in clinic with anaesthetist with mentorship from Senior clinician on extractions and wisdom teeth removal

• 3 day weekends.
