Are you an exceptional and experienced leader with a passion for operational excellence in the disability support sector? We are seeking a a very experienced Service Manager (SM) to oversee and manage multiple Supported Independent Living (SIL) services. This is a highly hands-on, operational role requiring strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive high-quality service delivery.
About the Role:
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of 6 SIL homes, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for participants. Without team leaders in place, this role requires direct oversight of service operations, staffing, and quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
Full operational oversight of assigned SIL services
Staff management, including rostering, hiring, and performance management
Conducting 3-4 site visits per week to ensure service quality
Managing incident reporting and implementing preventative strategies
Leading team training and development to maintain high standards
Ensuring compliance with NDIS and company policies
Driving quality improvement and maintaining best practice standards
All on-call notifications must be managed by you throughout the week
About You:
Proven experience as a Service Manager or SIL Coordinator
Very strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple SIL homes independently
Experience in rostering, hiring, and performance management
Understanding of NDIS compliance and incident reporting
Excellent communication and team-building skills
Passionate about delivering high-quality services and making a positive impact
What We Offer:
$140,000p/a + $5,200p/a fuel card + phone + mac laptop (ABN Contractor Only Apply)
