Our Team

Our Support Office team works in a friendly and dynamic environment. We proudly deliver services across finance, IT, quality and risk, marketing and customer experience, and people culture and diversity. From collaborating with approachable Leaders to guiding clients through aged care transitions, our team members are crucial in helping our customer-facing teams deliver on our commitment to high-quality care. The Role

We are looking for experienced Manager to lead the Centre for Cultural Diversity in Ageing.

  • Serve and represent the voice of the CALD older person
  • Work closely with providers and the Government
  • Build and grow sector understanding of inclusive practices aligned to the Standards
  • Facilitate meaningful connections and foster a sense of belonging
  • Innovate our work to address sector, workforce and community changes

About you

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Proficiency in communication to convey the Centre's mission and advocate for older persons
  • Demonstrated empathy and understanding of the issues facing diverse older persons
  • An ability to develop brand advocacy, strategy and adaptability
  • To think critically to identify sector trends and develop solutions
  • Creativity to cultivate positive relationships, engage in meaningful conversations and develop solutions
